We now offer Transport for your Horses. Due to the demand of needing better and more personal services for our own horses we have decided to start offering the ability for us to take care of your horses like we would our own. Owner Mark McGowan who for over 30 years as a license CDL Hazmat driver for many Nascar, NHRA, and Indy League Teams has the wealth of knownledge and has been moving our own Draft Horses for over 15 years. Mark and His Business Partner Dennis McGee who has been transporting Horses for our Company for some time has joined us in a partnership in the Transport business, this gives both Mark and Dennis a chance to take time off so that they can cover for each other, work together and help to make sure your horses are well taken care of. We check, water, and exercise Horses in route to Shows, and Sales to make sure they are in top condition at their arrival. We will be taking Clydesdales to the World Clydesdale Show in October and we are active members of the Clydesdale Breeders Association, as well as the Belgian Breeders Corporation, Texas Draft Horse and Mule Association, and recently the Shire Horse Breeders Society.
We Take great pride in our work and we maintain constant communication with our Drivers and check on your horses. Our Two Drivers - Owners have clean driving records, backgrounds and are knowledgeable Horsemen.
Both of our Driver - Owners have owned Horses all of their life and work with their own stock for breeding and pleasure riding.
We hold a One Million Dollar Commerical Insurance Transport Liability Coverage and Cover your horse in the event of any unforseen accidents as required by Department of Transportation in United States, and we suggest that you add trip insurance for the protection of your Horse during travel for any unexpected illness that would be outside our coverage area. If you are interested in Trip Coverage Insurance We suggest All American Horse Insurance Agency which is listed on the Interenet.
Our Drivers stop every 3-4 hours to Water, Hay, and Check Horses in Route. We also Stop everynight so that your Horses can rest from Traveling all day. We stop after 600 miles of Travel and Do not Drive all night per DOT rules. Our Equipment includes a 9, 6 and 3 Horse Featherlite Enclosed Trailer, Padded with Dividers, Stud Stall and Box Stalls to the floor if needed. One Trailer is Air-ride so they are a smoother ride. They are 7'6 tall and 8 ft wide and We do not use large Semis due to the fact they are harder for door to door service and for reaching rural customers. Our Three Horse is design for extra Large Drafts and private Hauls.
We also donate part of our earnings to the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation since Beverly McGowan is a 3 Time Breast Cancer survivor.
We also have Rescued many Draft Horses and take great care for them at our Ranch in Texas. We also transport Rescues for several organizations and individuals whenever possible.
